Privacy
At Thom Fleming Skin Care we value your privacy. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email or address to anyone. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special product introductions and other news. If you choose not to receive promotional emails, simply contact us at support@tfskincare.com and we will remove your email address from our mailing list.

Credit Card Security
Ordering from Thom Fleming Skin Care online is safe and secure. Once you place your order, you're on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never used except to issue refunds and charges for orders placed on our website. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file, so on rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to ask you for your credit card information again, to process refunds or adjustments. In this case, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you directly regarding your order. For your own safety, please don't ever use email to send us your credit card information.

Purchase Related Policies
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday through the United States Post Office. All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Orders placed on holidays and or weekends usually ship on the following business day. Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.

Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.

Returns
INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY. If any of your products arrive damaged, or with visible defects, please contact customer service immediately. Damages and defects not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for return.
Thom Fleming Skin Care accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unopened, unused and in resalable condition, less all shipping costs. This includes the cost of free shipping if your order was originally shipped with our free shipping offer. All samples and gift with purchases need to be returned unused if the entire order is being returned or the item offering the gift with purchase is being returned. Unfortunately and without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items.
If you would like to return an unused/unopened item please email customer service at support@tfskincare.com or contact us at (310) 358-6148 for return/exchange information. Please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. All return authorizations are valid for no more than fourteen (14) days. Returned merchandise must be received by our returns department within the fourteen (14) day time period. Shipping cost of returned goods is the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed by Thom Fleming Skin Care.
Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via USPS as all items must be received in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will email a credit confirmation for the cost of the merchandise minus all applicable shipping costs. Credits will not be issued until the merchandise has been received by Thom Fleming Skin Care. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
